(...and this one was taken outside the hospital after our ultrasound!)We are so excited to be having a boy! It was nice to get a heads up from a few people that we might experience a little sadness in the midst of all of this. Having a boy does mean not having a girl. Luckily the joys of having one helps you let go of the idea of having the other! A little boy will fit quite nicely into our family and now the pressure of passing on the Hofschroer name is behind us also!! =)
It was so nice to get to see his heart beat again and know that everything is okay. He was lounging quite comfortably as if he were in a hammock with his legs stretched out and one crossed over the other. One of his hands was raised over his head and the other one was nestled under his chin. Soo cute! It was also cool to see him open and close his mouth and even stick out his tongue! =)
So wierd to be using words like "he" and "his"! Sounds great to us!!!!

We wanted Georgia to be a boy and when we found out she was a girl I remember not being prepared for it and feeling completely shocked!! It turned out pretty great though in the end hahah!! So glad for you guy, boys are tons of fun! Crazy fun but fun!! jeff was thinking that since his birthday is your due date you all should name him Jeff :)
I can't wait to teach the little man how to play sports. I mean I would let Chris teach him about sports but.......
So Shaun is at the grocery store right now... I'm having him get nectarines! :)
