My niece Cali went to her first day of preschool today!I love my niece. She is one of my favorite people in the whole world. She will be going to preschool on Tuesdays and Fridays.
I got to talk to her this evening to hear about her big day. I thought I would share with you some of her highlights (these are all things she told me).
* She wore a pink shirt with pants and tights. The tights made her hot but at least she didn't get too cold. She doesn't want to get sick and miss school.
* She made a friend. Her friend's name is Alexis.
* She had story time. The story was about a fire engine. She also learned to STOP, DROP, & ROLL.
* She got to play outside.
* She painted a picture of a puppy.
* Granny missed her while she was gone but had sweet time with just Desmond. (my mom watches my niece and nephew a couple of days a week).
* AND... she was very excited about this one... on Fridays you get to eat pizza at school with your friends!
My sister-in-law said Cali didn't cry when she was first dropped off, she just "had something in her eye". Cali would come up with a sly cover like that! haha!

What darling pictures!It is a significant time. I'm glad she has an aunt and uncle like you guys.
So, I hear "you" are going to be on Dancing with the Stars this season!?! ;)
