Last weekend we went down to San Diego to celebrate my nephew Desmond's first birthday! I can't believe the little guy is already 1. He is such a joy to be around and always soo happy! He is on the move and definitely fearless.
We had a fun picnic at the beach to celebrate. It was a nice afternoon... and then it got COLD! You can tell it has been a while since I have lived near the beach. It's not the greatest picture of Chris and I, but somehow we rarely take pictures together so I thought I would share!
While we were lounging around the house. I demonstrated for Cali and Desmond what a good snuggler Sadie is. Which means... she makes a good pillow! Here we are trying it out...

Cali and Desmond have a great aunt and uncle BUT I think they need cousins!;) We'll give you one if we have twins!
